Management Team

Kevin has 25 years of experience building teams focused on improving the customer experience largely through providing excellent products, quick, friendly and effective customer service and collaborating with partners to bring innovative solutions to the market.

As the President for Shamrock Labels, Kevin oversees operations in Missouri, Illinois and California.  Kevin earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University – Chicago and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management from Miami University (OH). Outside of work, Kevin loves to read, play golf and spend time with his wife and two daughters.

As Chief Financial Officer for PAX Manufacturing, Tom brings 35 years of manufacturing industry experience in serving business-to-business customers in food packaging, printing, metal stamping, and industrial chemicals. His background includes leading system integrations, developing enhanced reporting, implementing standard cost systems, and facilitating team building. Tom is responsible for Accounting, Human Resources, and IT for Shamrock Labels, Drug Package, and Doran & Ward Packaging. 

Tom earned his MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Loyola University, both in Chicago. Outside of work, Tom loves to bike, garden, and travel with his wife Gina and their family.

Shirin has come a long way since beginning her career at Shamrock Labels as a Customer Service Representative in early 2000.  Her customer focused attitude has contributed to the development of an inside Customer Service team that is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

Shirin has also brought a fresh perspective into the way Shamrock works with customers, bringing them quality and value, on terms that allow customers to reduce costs and better manage inventory levels.  Shirin earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Purdue University and her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University – Chicago.    At home, Shirin enjoys gardening, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with her husband, children, and two Yorkies.

Prior to joining Shamrock Labels, Jamie was the Plant Manager for Mondi Bags USA in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Over the course of 30+ years in the packaging and printing industry, Jamie held several positions of leadership ranging from departmental to plant-wide management.

Jamie is certified as Green & Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Malone College in Canton, Ohio.

Jamie loves live music, primarily traditional country and enjoys being outside and the occasional round of golf.
