Shamrock labels is a privately owned business delivering high quality pharmacy products, such as labels, pharmacy bags, pill cards, and other related products to the healthcare segment. The company is a leading supplier of value-added products to our customers, especially Pharmacies.

JOB SUMMARY

This individual will help drive the organization’s success and strengthen operations through close collaboration with the management team. You will be responsible for leading our warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations and working in conjunction with manufacturing operations. This position is responsible along with shift supervisors, to manage a 3-shift operation for all warehouse activities to ensure cross-functional cooperation and availability of goods moving through the warehouse.

PAY RATE

Starting at $70,000 annualized

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Direct and manage warehouse logistics with overall responsibility for these functions.
  • Ensure optimum use of warehouse labor.
  • Ensure inventory and shipping/receiving functions are operating at levels which meet customer needs.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement initiatives to improve organization’s logistics plan by managing drivers, trucks, and external logistics service providers.
  • Modify and implement policies and programs and direct activities to ensure products are delivered on schedule.
  • Track order fulfillment performance from a planning standpoint including monitoring, measuring, and reporting on delivery KPI’s to improve financial performance.
  • Inventory control management which includes coordination of physical cycle counts, reconciliation and analysis of inventory quantities, identification of slow-moving inventory.
  • Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business operations.
  • Manage projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
  • Provide guidance and direction to supporting functional groups in an effective and collaborative way to ensure success of the business.
  • Must be innovative and be able to make changes to the operation as needed to further improve the work environment and overall performance of your team.
  • Manage product levels to ensure inventory is received, identified, stored, and transferred correctly and ensure that the company’s inventory is correct and accurate.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Four Year Degree or minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse and or a distribution center. Must have a minimum of 5 years in a Leadership position. Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams. Experience with SAGE ERP system is preferred, but not required.
