When an error led to ordering 50 cartons of the wrong Zebra wristband, it was much more than a minor mistake. It meant 10,000 hospital patients would be without critical medical identification. That’s where Shamrock Labels came in.

We immediately processed the replacement order with the correct Zebra wristbands and expedited 50 cartons to the medical center. In addition, we leveraged our strong partnership with Zebra, enabling us to get Zebra to waive the restocking fee that would typically be charged to the medical center on such a sizable return.
