Regional Account Manager

Job Description

To be an Account Manager for the respective regional Customer Care group and set an example for the team on how to represent the Shamrock brand and provide exemplary service to every customer in an effort to drive sales growth. The Regional Account Manager must have knowledge of customer service principals, ability to work well with outside sales teams, and be motivated to gain knowledge regarding Shamrock Labels products.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and at least 5 years’ experience in the pharmacy/hospital label industry or a combination of education and experience. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, relevant computer applications, including all Microsoft Office programs; highly organized.
